This simple cheerleading outfit for Barbie can be made in your school colors.
The bodysuit is made from interlock knit and has contrast top-stitching and closes in back with hook and loop. Your school's initial or short team name can be written on the front in contrasting fabric paint.* The skirt is made from broadcloth and has a serged rolled hem around the edge and waistline and closes with a small square of hook and loop. Matching purchased poms have a tiny elastic loop I've sewn onto them to fit over your doll's hand so she can cheer her team on to victory.
*New way to decorate the tops with iron-on transfers I make from images: If your school has a website with a logo that I can use without legal repercussions, you can send me the site URL and I'll use that logo on the top you order. Specify colors in the pull down menu. If I can't use a logo, I can design your team's name so it will still look great!

These Barbie cheerleading outfits can also be used in other ways. Have you ever thought of ordering your school team and then using it in a scrapbooking project? One of my friends bought a Barbie cheer outfit to represent the years her daughter cheered for our local high school. She used it on a memory wreath she created to show activities her two daughters were involved with in high school.

Then you can place them in your spirit shop, Secret Santa or even take orders yourself. However much more you can get for them is that much more profit for your school or organization. Again, since I'm not a manufacturing plant and just one person doing the sewing, I'd need 6 weeks advance notice for your project. All orders would need to be paid in full before shipping. If your school is in Ohio, I would need your tax-exempt number so that you would not be charged the sales tax for a group purchase.
