Barbie's flannel pajama top is big and cozy with a circular yoke and back closure hook and loop. I trim the top's hem with lace or eyelet depending on availability. The pants have an elastic waist.

A customer had a great idea for her Barbie flannel pajamas. She ordered one for each little girl who was going to be at her daughter's birthday party sleepover. These could also be used as party favors at your daughter's regular birthday. Barbie clothes definitely will not cause cavities like candy will.
