The top has a patch pocket and has a back hook and loop closure. The pants have an elastic waist. Can't you just picture a little stethoscope around Barbie's neck to go with her scrubs? Don't worry, when Barbie is on duty at the hospital, she wears her sneakers instead of her pink heels. She just thought they looked good for this picture!
