It's good to review these FAQs from time to time
Q: What shipping method is used and how much
A: The checkout is set up to let you select your shipping method which is USPS Mail. I have the cart set to calculate shipping/handling by quantity. To see what your rates will be, add your items to the cart, select your shipping method, click re-calculate and you'll see your total. If you are not ready to order, simply click the small trash can icon to delete the items. If you have any questions, please email me.
Q: What if I'm not comfortable using a
credit card online?
A: You can mark your order to indicate you want to pay by phone. I can then call you and take the information over the phone. Your credit card information is always safe with me. I protect it as I would want my own info protected. When I am finished and paid, the information is destroyed.
Another alternative to using a credit card online would be to send a Postal money order to the address on the Contact Page . If using this method, prompt payment is not only appreciated but required. I will not start on any order until I receive the payment in the mail. If you do not receive your order, you can assume I did not receive payment. It's up to you to mail your payment as you won't receive an invoice from me. Please consider your order verification your invoice if using the mailed payment method.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept PayPal, VISA/MasterCard/Discover and American Express, or a Postal money order. International orders must be paid by credit card or PayPal.
Q:What if I don't have a PayPal account?
A: You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to use it for payment--simply select PayPal as the method and follow the prompts for a non-PayPal member to pay with your credit card.
Q: How secure is this site?
A: All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with 128 bit SSL encryption. It's so safe that I would use it myself.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: No, I do not have a catalog because they cost a lot of money. This site is my catalog. If you print out the Barbie doll clothes you like, there you go! You have a catalog! Seriously, by not having a catalog, I keep YOUR costs down.
Q: Do you have a storefront I can visit?
A: I do not have a physical store--I work out of my home and my home is not zoned even to accept local customers. The website is my store and if you are on this site, you're already visiting my store! Pretty cool huh? You didn't have to spend gas or leave your home!
Q: Are your Barbie clothes washable?
A: Most of them can be gently hand washed and dripped dry. I would not recommend washing the gowns especially if there are small trims. These are normally glued on and will fall off in water. If you feel you have to wash something, I recommend cold water, Woolite and a place where you can drip the item dry. Then carefully press the item using a press cloth to protect the fabric.
