This Barbie strapless gown is elegant and features a small overskirt or peplum to give it the two-tier look. Both are trimmed in lace as is the bodice edge. The dress closes in back with hook and loop and also features a net slip with elastic waist to help hold it out and look full.

I was able to find a small amount of white satin with silver glitter dots on it so until it runs out, that is what this gown will be made from. If you specify wedding, it will be plain white.
The first time I made this Barbie Strapless-Elegant Gown was for a festival queen Barbie doll. I dressed it in this gown, made a sash with "Miss Ox Roast Queen" and the year on it and used a small plastic gold bell's rim as the crown. I haven't been able to find those type of wedding decoration bells anymore so I stopped doing the festival queen dolls. I have also stopped doing festivals.
